Non-TBT Friendly Groceries

Is it weird that I’m excited about going grocery shopping for healthy foods instead of pizza rolls and easy cheese?

What are your favorite healthy foods/recipes? (Read what else does this mean@$$ need?)

I will pick up:

  • Apples, bananas, cuties
  • spinach, kale, mixed greens
  • cucumbers, carrots, snap peas, avocados, other fresh veggies
  • Naked smoothies–Green Machine!!!
  • Greek yogurt (plain–for salad dressings and smoothies)
  • Greek yogurt w/ fruit and granola
  • Lowfat cottage cheese, 1% milk, lowfat cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon filet, tuna, imitation crab meat
  • Triscuits
  • Quinoa
  • Luna Bars
  • Garbanzo (and other) beans
  • Honey
  • Natural peanut butter, natural almond butter, simply fruit jelly/jam
  • wheat bread

    chicken, tofu, eggs, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, Brussels sprouts (so good baked with salt!), oatmeal, low sodium chicken broth so you can make soup with all those vegetables, sweet potatoes, frozen berries for smoothies
