  • Granny Smith Apple, Greek Yogurt w/ fruit and granola, VitaRain
  • Asian-ish noodles w/ chicken & Diet Coke
  • Ham and white cheddar sammie on wheat, 1% cottage cheese, VitaRain
  • Chocolate Raspberry Luna Bar, Lemon Zest Luna Bar, Diet Coke

It says I’m a full 1100 calories over.  Oi.  I probably could have foregone the second Luna Bar during the Volleyball game last night…  and I could have skipped the noodles and chicken.  (I went to peruse the leftover P/T Conferences Dinner items…  “perusing” turned to “sampling,” turned to “this can’t be that bad for me.”)  No mustard or may on my sandwich, it was still surprisingly good.  The bread was fresh.  😉  That’s about it.  Busy day.
