Friday/Saturday

Friday Food:

  • Frosted Mini-Wheats in 1% Milk, Coffee w/ creamer
  • Apple & Greek Yogurt w/ fruit and granola
  • leftover sushi, tortilla soup, VitaRain
  • Spaghetti w/ Meatballs

No Exercise Friday.

Saturday Food: (1/2 Cheat Day)

  • Cruelie’s Good Morning Quinoa Bowl (quinoa cooked in milk–which will not “pop,” btw, apple, almonds, maple syrup (un necessary calories, I know, but high in… stuff.)
  • Natural Peanut Butter and Honey sammie on wheat
  • Smoothie: spinach, banana, strawberries, nonfat yogurt, Pom, honey
  • …  McDonald’s Cheeseburgers (2), some fries, and four chicken nuggets
  • Dirty Martini, a beerish, a shot.

Exercise:

  • Bout.
